This series of pictures was sent to us by a reader. They were taken on May 20, 1974 at Santa Monica Civic Center, Santa Monica, California. Lynyrd Skynyrd was on tour opening for The Marshall Tucker Band.

I was there on May 20, 1974 and saw Skynyrd and the MTB. Ronnie came out real fiesty and was wearing sunglasses. After a few songs he tossed them off to reveal a nice shiner. I wonder what the other guys looked like. One of the best concerts I've ever been to!
