Billy Bob and The Boxmasters On The Road Again with Willie Nelson
Posted: Nov 15, 2008I just got word from Billy Bob Thornton's folks that The Boxmasters will hit the road with 
none other than country music icon Willie Nelson, November 22 through December 6th. I'd sure like to attend one of the shows. Who knows. It could happen.
The Boxmasters will be playing favorites from their 2008 debut record as well as Christmas tunes from their great new release Holiday Cheer. (Review coming this week, I'll just say this, they rock "We Three Kings.")
In addition to the original Boxmasters, W.R. 'Bud' Thornton, J.D. Andrew and Mike Butler, the band for this run will include, Brad Davis (guitar, mandolin), Mike "Bubba" Bruce (drums), Danny Baker (bass) and Jon Rauhouse (pedal steel).
All of this and Willie too? It don't get no better than this, fellow babies.
