Welcome Back...Amid intense activity behind the curtain at Swampland the train rolls on into a new era. The Mystery And Manners introduction provides the gist of this blog--so we'll get right to it.
One of my favorite guitarists--living or dead--is Marc Ford. Best known for his 6-string virtuosity in the Black Crowes Ford now prepares to tour behind his new bluesy CD Weary And Wired.
I've known Marc for a few years, and he arranged to conduct this interview on April 13, his 41st birthday. In this extensive interview Marc discusses a variety of subjects from the past, present and future. We'll update Marc's activities in the future. For Ford fans, this lengthy article ranks as a very rare read with one of the world's great guitarists. I send a nod and a wink to Marc for his grace and talent. Check back in a day or so for more action...
