One of the greatest things about my annual trek down to Tampa for the Angelus benefit is that I get to meet so many wonderful musicians and celebrities and oftentimes the stars will line up and I'll make a true friend for life. That is exactly what happened the first time I met Steve Grisham at the Angelus. At the time he was playing with Tommy Crain, but very soon he would debut a band called Ghost Riders, a group with an all-star Southern Rock lineup and some excellent songs.
I am a big fan of Grisham's songwriting. His "G.R.I.T.S. (Girls Raised in the South" is one of my favorites.) The Ghost Riders are a rocking band. We are very pleased to present our one on one with Grits Grisham. It's been a long time coming.
Keep it Real. Keep it Southern.
