I'd like to say it was great fun to interview the soulful North Carolina singer/songwriter Tift Merritt. Tift's new album, Another Country, proves one of the best albums of the year. Tift is out on the road now. She's on the move this summer, which includes a televised performance at The Grand Ol' Opry in July.
