Country rockers Little Texas turn out a fine concert recording that not only includes their own hits, but also some very nice covers, including a dead on rendition of The Eagles’ (written by Jack Tempchin) “Peaceful Easy Feeling,” and a rocking Beatles cover, “Get Back.”
Included are Texas hits such as “Life Goes On,” “Amy’s Back in Austin,” “Kick a Little,” “What Might Have Been” and of course, the set closer, “God Bless Texas”.
Also included in this excellent show is an acoustic medley of their “Some Guys Have All The Love,” “My Love” and “First Time for Everything.” If that weren’t enough, there is a second medley which includes “You and Forever and Me” and “I’d Rather Miss You.”
Little Texas was huge in the 1990’s and they prove here that they still have what it takes to rock the house.
