Paul Thorn hails from Tupelo, Mississippi, in the heart of the Delta country. A former pro-middleweight boxer, Thorn is a talented painter and a roots rocker who has toured with some of the top names in country and rock.

This son of a Pentecostal minister brings a healthy dose of that influence into his music, blending it with interesting characters, good humor, and a healthy dose of all things Southern.
The title track rocks, and every subsequent track finds Thorn blending his innate wit and wisdom with that of songwriting partner Billy Maddox into another collection of songs that will stand the test of time.
As a bonus, there is a second disc of live material, including some of Thorn’s raps with the audience that the fans love so much.
In his own way, Paul is as much a preacher as his Daddy was, spreading the word about love and hate, Jesus and the Devil, faith and despair, saints and strippers, coffee and cold iced tea, and a piece of pie. I could attend his church every week and never once get bored.
