NASHVILLE -  Country rocker Candy Coburn is making great strides as Nashville’s next big female star. She has been one busy lady lately. She has been working closely with Susan G. Komen For The Cure to fund breast cancer research, and even has a powerful song that was used by Komen, "Pink Warrior." Tom Coerver & Goin’ South   Fat 'Lanta Strut  (Coerver)

Silver Travis  You Done Me Wrong  (Calvert)


SPARTANBURG, SC - The Silver Travis band formed in Spartanburg, SC in the early 1980’s, gaining a large following from Virginia down to Myrtle Beach. The band broke up in the mid-eighties, but re-formed in the mid-2000’s. “You Done Me Wrongt,” from their latest album The High Road  is a prime example of the unique sound of the STB, with influences ranging from fellow home-towners Marshall Tucker to Poco.

GREENVILLE, SC - In Memory of Ray Brand and George McCorkle
  The closing instrumental track from Buffalo’s most recent album “Something Heavy” is a guitar workout featuring Smith along with Pete Carr,  George McCorkle, Ray Brand and Danny Hall. Billy Teichmiller plays drums and produced the record. with Owen Brown on bass and Thad Usry on harp.
