COMPILATION #1: JANUARY 2010

COMPILATION #1: JANUARY 2010
THE ARTISTS

The Tommy Talton Band   "Color My Sleep" (Talton)
Marietta, Ga - Many of you will remember Tommy as a member of the '70's band Cowboy, while others may recall his early success in the Florida band We The People.

Tommy's current band is a red hot ensemble that defies category. From smooth slide guitar reminiscent of his old friend Duane Allman, to bouncy melodies that evoke shades of Van Morrison (as with this track) The TTB  are seasoned pros.

Rebel Syndicate  “Welcome to the South” (Johnson/Roberts/Watson/Bell )
Jackson County, Florida - Forget what you’ve heard. It’s not alt-country, edge of country or any other pre-packaged, freeze-dried label - Southern music is country music, and Rebel Syndicate prove the fact with the title track from their stunning album.

Macon, GA - The eldest son of Gregg Allman proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. His sound is unique, while still bringing to mind the much loved feel of his dad’s band. Take a ride on a mule named “Whiskey.”
