Skynyrd Will Cruise Again in 2009 with Frynds
I just got word that Lynyd Skynyrd will again host their southern rock cruise called the Simple Man Cruise in January of 2009. This will be the band's third cruise, and will be the first to feature three of southern rock's biggest names.
Leaving out of Miami Florida on January 8th, 2009 aboard the Carnival Destiny, Simple Man Cruise 2009 will be heading to Half Moon Cay, Carnival's private island in the Bahamas, and returning to Miami on January 12th.
Along the way, hosts Lynyrd Skynyrd be rockin' out alongside Marshall Tucker Band, Molly Hatchet, Blackberry Smoke, Cigar Store Indians, Jupiter Coyote, and many more bands soon to be announced.
The cruise features unique artist interactions, five stages full of music, onboard activities and more, all while experiencing a world-class Carnival cruise with a full-service casino, 24-hour room service, beautiful swimming pools, a gym, and many other great services.
Sounds like another good one. Maybe I'll see y'all there.

Sure hope Buffalo you can go this year. We are planning on it again. It was a blast last year. Tucker was the big hit with their 3 hr. shows. This year with only one stop there should be more time for music.
