2011 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival
The 2011 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival begins on April 29 and continues until May 8. A wide variety of music, food, parades, culture and crafts will be available to supporters.
Twelve stages will feature a diverse collection of musical groups. Some of the bands performing this year include George Porter Jr., Ike Stubblefield, Jeff Beck, Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk, Keb Mo

The second weekend of the festival will see musical performers such as Guitar Slim Jr., Willie Nelson, Gregg Allman
, Jesse Winchester, Allen Toussaint, Jimmy Buffett, Lauryn Hill, Bobby "Blue" Bland, Aaron Neville, Treme Brass Band, Ellis Marsalis, Cowboy Mouth, Sonny Landreth
