Buffalo Roaming to Alabama
Well, the Buffalomobile is all gassed up (only $49 at Wal-Mart) and I am ready to head out on my big Alabama adventure tomorrow morning. It's going to be a long hot drive, to be sure, but I am sure it will be a large time.
Tomorrow I get to meet fellow Swamplander Penne Laubenthal face to face for the first time at her home on the river near Muscle Shoals, and Friday and Saturday will find me attending two shows by Billy Bob Thornton and The Boxmasters in Huntsville. Sunday is the big get together and jam session at Dick Coopers. There's no telling who all might show up for that.
In the spaces in between events, I will be visiting old friends and having more fun than should be allowed by law. I will be sure to keep y'all in the loop with dispatches, photos and show reviews.
