The Black Crowes & Levon Helm Band Tonight

Summer 2009 Tour Notes Volume 4

Tonight in Pittsburgh The Levon Helm Band will open for The Black Crowes. This will prove an interesting show since the Crowes recorded their latest album (due out September 1) Before The Frost Until The Freeze at Levon’s Barn in Woodstock, New York. Levon sat in with The Crowes on the final evening of their live studio recording back in March. These few shows with the Crowes and Levon should serve as a perfect time for some classic sit-ins and renditions of some old traditional songs. Stay tuned for tonight's setlist,
