Texas was able to take care of business against Texas Tech this year, and it looks like all of their Championship goals are now in clear view.

The defense played pretty well against the wide open Red Raider offense, and you know they are going to score points with Colt McCoy leading the way.

It was a nice statement win for the Longhorns, who of course had their hearts broken last season in Lubbock. With both Oklahoma schools having already showed some vulnerability, the quest for the Big 12 Title seems very doable for a Texas squad that is strong in almost every facet of the game.

The annual Red River rivalry and the trip to Stillwater will not be easy, but Mack Brown’s team looks like the favorite in both cases.
