STUBHUB FORGES NEW PARTNERSHIP TO PROVIDE FANS EXCLUSIVE FRONT ROW ACCESS TO LYNYRD SKYNYRD, HANK WILLIAMS JR. SPRING TOUR

StubHub Designated as the “Rowdy Frynds” Tour Official Premium Ticket Provider

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – March 19, 2007 – StubHub will once again offer music fans exclusive access to front row seats for one of this year’s hottest touring packages. Through a special partnership between StubHub and the Rowdy Frynds tour, featuring Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hank Williams Jr. and .38 Special, the fans’ ticket marketplace is pleased to be the tour’s “Official Premium Ticket Provider.” Offering first row seats via an exclusive auction and up to 100 premium tickets available in the first ten rows for all 20 show dates, StubHub is the only place fans can gain the premium access to the best in southern-fried rock and roll this spring. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Rowdy Frynds premium tour tickets on StubHub will benefit charity.

This partnership between Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hank Williams Jr. and .38 Special is the first of its kind with a secondary provider. All three acts are represented by industry heavyweights William Morris and Ken Levitan’s Vector Management. StubHub is continuing to pioneer opportunities with landmark partnerships like this for fans to gain unprecedented access through equal opportunity auctions and sales while encouraging artists to create similar groundbreaking deals to provide their fans with similar benefits.

"We are thrilled to provide fans of southern rock exclusive access to one of the hottest touring shows this spring," said Chuck LaVallee, Head of Music Business Development for StubHub. “The ability to provide all Hank Williams Jr. and Lynyrd Skynyrd fans equal opportunity to get front row seats to their shows is what makes StubHub’s brand resonate so loudly with music fans. The progressive thinking of WMA and Ross Schilling from Vector signals a shift in the music community’s willingness to explore new opportunities and generate additional revenue by giving the fans something they want.”

Auctions for front row seats will have an opening bid set at $100 per ticket and will be auctioned off in pairs. A limited number of additional Premium Tickets located in the first ten rows will be available at a fixed price determined by the market value.

Ranked as one of the best-selling artists of all time by the Recording Industry Association of America and recent Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees, Lynyrd Skynyrd is still going strong with almost 65 albums, 30 million albums sold to date, and over 80 performances annually. To date, the Southern anthem “Sweet Home Alabama” has passed the 1,000,000 mark in downloaded master ringtones, proving that Lynyrd Skynyrd is a major industry icon that appeals to all generations.

With more than 70 albums to his credit, including his latest “That’s How We Do It In Dixie,” and five Entertainer of the Year nods, Hank Williams Jr. has a fascinating career to reflect upon for a legend still in his prime. In fact, 2007 celebrates the 25th Anniversary of the #1 single “Country Boy Can Survive,” proving his music is timeless. For more than a decade, America has come to its collective feet each fall when he unleashes the national anthem for viewers of Monday Night Football - ‘Are you ready for some football?!!’ Those simple words have won Williams, Jr. an entirely new generation of fans and given him the distinction of being the first country performer to ever win an Emmy.
